Great location, lovely room with room service and very comfortable beds. Clean and comfortable, we booked one of the cheaper rooms but still had a great view of the Christmas tree at the front of the hotel and the Rhine. The cherry waffles from the restaurant are the best waffles I have ever had. Would definitely stay again.

The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling and horse riding. Guests can also take relaxing walks along the River Rhine, a 15-minute drive away. The hotel was situated right on the plaza where they showed the football. Parking was easy. It was very clean, sound proof, the family room was very big and there was so much space to put away stuff. The bathroom was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kids beds were low, which was perfect if they still fall out of bed sometimes. A nice extra touch. The owner was super nice and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was nice, just the right amount of choices. I'd definitely go back.

He also assisted with dinner suggestions and dealing with an angry restaurant manager when a technical problem arose with payment. It is one of the top 5 customer service situations I’ve ever seen!
