Our room was large and comfortable, and the Hotel’s decor and facilities are modern— Spa, pool, meeting rooms. Staff were very friendly, professional and always answered with a smile. We enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were excellent. The Hotel is not centrally located, but only a bus ride away (10 Minutes), from the CBD and Old Town. The large, secure parking garage is a bonus.

Recently restored boutique hotel from 1929, located on the beachfront in Bakio. Exquisite architecture with attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. Our hotel has two pleasant terraces, one with sea views and the other sheltered by our ancient trees, where guests can rest and relax peacefully. The amazing warm welcoming atmosphere. The interior design but most of all the amazing staff. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. If you add breakfast for your stay, which you should do, wait till loving charming Unai explain yo you how the breakfast works and he will bring you fresh made on the spot delicious breakfast with a lot of love.

The staff in general is very warm, kind and professional. Simply amazing people and an amazing place!

Each room comes with a balcony, a king-size bed, TV and private bathroom. The host was there to get us on arrival and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and more than enough for the two of us. The views from the place are amazing, definitely one of the biggest attractions. The host made himself reachable around the clock, which we did once our twice during our stay. Highly recommend.

Room was very spacious and quiet, given that ours was located at the inner side. Very quiet refrigerator. Good bathroom, large box. Tea-boiler, tea and muffins. Lovely old elevator with hands-on operation :)
