The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with a terrace on each one. Good breakfast. Quiet location. I stayed four nights.

There are also lots of water sports to choose such as water-skiing, jet-skiing, fishing, diving, and yachting. A sandy beach is 200 metres away. A lovely small family hotel. The staff were really helpful despite the lack of a common language. The breakfast was huge and made to order. Fruit was put out in the afternoon and chocolates at night. Parking was onsite and free. The pool was great and due to the small size of the hotel there was no competition for deck chairs.

At Las Olas you can choose between studios and rooms. Each one comes with a flat-screen TV, and many have sea views. The studios also feature a kitchenette with a washing machine. The rooms with sea view do not have a kitchen, but include a fridge. The room was great with an amazing view of the ocean and marina. It's a short walk to San Jose Beach and restaurants, shops, etc. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are really impressive. Large and very nice furnishings. The facilities were exceptional for a relatively small hotel. Breakfast was very good. The staff were really happy and helpful.

Hotel Tio Kiko offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces and gardens. Massages can be booked at reception. Everything was perfect. Nice large room with a beautiful view. The sunrise was spectacular! The restaurant was amazing. Beautiful, creative dishes wich were delicious.

Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly staff. We were here for the second and definitely will come back again. Great value for money.
