I stayed here two nights and the apartment I had was spotlessly clean and very cosy with a view of the park across the street. I'd originally booked a smaller roomer, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a bigger one when I checked in. The room was good size with comfy beds and had everything you needed for your stay. It's about 10-15 minute walk to the center of Tours and to the train station in a calm area of the city. Although the property doesn't have a real reception as such, communication with the staff was very efficient and self check in smooth. Loved the park across the street and the cafe inside was a great place to get coffee!
