The location was amazing, on a side street from the busy main road and surprisingly quiet and safe area. The roads are narrow in general without sidewalk so just be aware of cars and scooters. The staff was incredibly available 24/7 and helpful, looking up questions and offering ideas, and letting me know when they weren't sure. They even responded quickly over Whatsapp before I arrived when I had some questions. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked good! I loved their environmental focus - with glass refillable water bottles in the room. They have a minifridge and shower and a smart TV to connect Netflix etc if wanted.

You can take a refreshing swim in the pool or indulge in a relaxing massage. Friendly staff at the 24-hour reception would be happy to provide you with information about the surrounding areas. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a fragrant garden. We liked everything and mostly the super kind and attentive staff. We appreciated the availability of the staff in the restaurant and at reception, the great care of our housekeeper Obi: the cleanliness and the little towel animals awaiting us every day on coming back to the room in the evening :). Food was good, spa center- exceptional and the pool and gym were nice too. It is just next door to Waterbom Aquapark, which was great for us. I was surprised by a kind gesture and treat for my birthday on the restaurant and the towel cake in my room made by Obi :)

Especially Indonesia restaurants called Bejana. Best food and the stuff called Mr.Adib is the best. We were laughing and had a great night.

Kubu Garden Suites & Villas Nusa Dua is a 10-minute walk from The Water Sports and a variety of dining options, while it takes 20 minutes by car if you take the toll road to reach Ngurah Rai International Airport from the property. Loved my stay at Kubu Garden. The room was clean and comfy, with good AC and a nice little terrace. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Quiet location but still close to the beach and restaurants. Great pool too. Thank you!!!
