The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

Beautiful hotel and the breakfast was such a great introduction to Indonesian food! Beautiful room, and the interior design in the hotel was generally beautiful and tasteful. Rooftop pool and bar were also great.

Great location with true hospitality from check-in to check-out. The grand deluxe room was very specious and quiet with an incredible central view. Loved to end a hectic day by taking a bath in the free standing bathtub at the window front watching the busy traffic at Bundaran HI outside. The breakfast buffet was great & OKU served excellent Japanese food. Thanks to all the friendly staff to make my stay truly amazing.

The rooms were elegant yet modern, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had variations every day and a great variety of western and asian dishes, the staff was helpful, always smiling and making you feel valued as their guest. Especially Ibe from breakfast staff deserves a positive recognition for her friendly personality. We will definately come back here. The sea grain restaurant is also worth a visit.
