Each unit comes with a private bathroom with free toiletries. Towels are provided. I have stayed here a few times before and I find the apartments very comfortable and in a convenient location. Access to the hotel and facilities is just super. Food was beautiful in the hotel. Would stay here again.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

The elegant Iveagh Restaurant serves modern cuisine, whilst the modern C Central bar has a relaxed atmosphere, light snacks and large flat-screen TVs showing news and sports.

Guests can relax in the sauna or enjoy a swim in the 16m swimming pool. The staff was exceptional. Although there were some problems in the room, the staff and managers did everything in their capacity to solve the problems and compensate in a very generous manner.

Lock Four Restaurant caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner showcasing floor to ceiling windows to admire views of the Grand Canal and the busy D4 suburb. The Lounge Bar provides a relaxed setting for a morning coffee and a light bite or an evening meal with a refreshing cocktail. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We parked the car in the hotel parking lot without additional payment. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

The hotel was amazing and great place to stop on our drive around Ireland. Great staff and great food and wine
