Beautiful ancient Villa in the northern part of Lecco. Super comfortable and relaxing place where to stay. The Villa is immersed in a beautiful park where there is also space to park the car. Pay attention to the gate when you enter in the Villa with the car because the road is very narrow as well as the gate itself. Viviana the host is super available and super kind.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is opposite ferry pier which makes it very easy to move around Lake Como. The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel staff was super friendly, really lovely, smiling people always willing to help and answer any questions.

Everything was perfect. The location is close to the station and just a few steps away from the lake. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was friendly, kind. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing

Easy to navigate and get around from there. The view of the lake is wonderful. The owners were the kindest people ever, always helping us when we had questions and were easy to communicate with. To choose the Villa Flori hotel is one of our best choices we did, nothing can be disappointed.

Alessia's Place is situated in the city centre of Como, 300 metres from Lake Como. Cable Car Como-Brunate is 800 metres from the property, while Como Train Station is 600 metres away.

All units come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a bidet. The apartments also feature a seating and/or dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge and a coffee machine. Some units have a terrace. The room was beautiful! Very nicely updated while keeping the classic charm of an Italian apartment. Plenty of space to lay out our things and relax. The shower was equipped with a rain shower overheard and a shower wand. We had our own little terrace leading to the inner courtyard to have coffee on. Bed was comfortable and the linens we quite nice. You couldn’t beat the location. Very easy to get to from the train and only a short walk to the water. Please note that although Google maps will lead you all the way to the front door, you are NOT permitted to drive on this street. Italy has very strict rules about their historic centers to limit pollution. There is plenty of off street parking that is free overnight and very reasonable, by US standards, during the day. The host, Alexandra, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. She was readily available throughout our stay to answer questions about the property and Como. Would definitely stay here again.
