Service top-notch throughout. I can highly recommend this place. The nearby village of Mira (only a short walk away) is charming too.

Once the summer residence of an aristocratic family, it features a garden with furnished patio, bar and free Wi-Fi. We arrived when the reception was closed, but the owner kindly received us and did our check in even earlier. He was very kind and borrowed us an umbrella for the rain. All the staff was very kind too. It's 40-50 min away from Venice (tourist part), but there is a bus literally 1 min walking from the door or even less, and it passes each 10 minutes.

Walking distance to the beautiful, historical centre of Dolo. The monastery accommodation and setting was great. Restaurant on site was appreciated as was the included, tasty breakfast. Rooms at the Villa Ducale are spacious and feature frescoes, air conditioning and satellite TV. Some have views of the garden. The building is very grand inside and out, the photos really do not do it justice! We had the most comfortable sleep, perfectly comfortable bed and the air con was good! Excellent value for money and the staff are lovely.
