This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

Great location within the city walls of old town Klausen.Food at the restaurant is excellent and there is a playground for kids right beside the terrace of the restaurant. The room is spacious with wheelchair accessible bathroom.

They serve breakfast there in the morning. İn the evening, the restaurant becomes the grill haven. You will never taste such a good meat anywhere in İtaly. We did not drink anything with the meat to keep the smell of the wood in our mouth. The staff was moving in fast forward mode. They were fast, efficient, kind, always smiling. They all know what they are doing. All speak at least three languages and you never look for them, they come to you. İncredible. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

We offer plenty of free parking spaces, secure storage for your bike and parking spaces for large vehicles on request. Breakfast was excellent, location, restaurant next door does the best pizza.

The relaxation area features heated water beds and a selection of fruit juices and herbal teas. The staff and hotel was amazing. Free parking. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.
