Best hotel I’ve stayed in Morocco. the staff is super easy-going and helpful, the breakfast was delicious always, the room was quiet and had a great view of the city. The terrasse is also very very nice. finally, the location was superb!!! we were right next to the entrance to the “blue part” of the city and next to the oficial parking.

The swimming pool and “the tea a la menta” at the pool. We had lunch one day and the food was DELICIOUS. They change money. They offer help to book a restaurant and everything.

This Riad makes you feel special and important when you get there and check in. But when you leave the hotel, you don't feel so special and important anymore. This is the conclusion we made from our situation, which left a not very pleasant impression. Before leaving the hotel we asked for Morrocan tea, we had to wait and remind the reception that the tea had not been brought yet. Next to us in the reception area sat other guests who had just arrived. All guests were welcomed with Morrocan tea and Morrocan delights. These guests sitting next to us were brought tea. And we were still waiting ... Soon our tea was brought. And a check was presented for payment. ( 20 dirhams) My husband gave 100 dirhams to that guy, and said to keep the change. After we finished the tea, We thanked the receptionist girl for loveley accommodation. To which she said that we needed to pay for the tea. We said that we had paid. She ran to ask her colleagues until that guy confirmed that we had paid and everything was fine. We left this beautiful hotel with such an unpleasant aftertaste.. But in overall Everything was Perfect ! Amazing place to stay! Like a beautiful Oasis !
