Langkawi Chantique is situated just a 15-minute drive through a village trunk road from Langkawi International Airport. It houses an outdoor pool and provides complimentary Wi-Fi access and private parking spaces. Everything was beautiful and lovely, staff were so helpful and warm. Breakfast was awesome, pool was right outside our room, loved our porch facing the pool. Love the warm embrace having coffee on our beautiful porch when it rained. Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. It is a 4-minute drive from Pantai Cenang, a 15-minute drive from Langkawi Airport and a 30-minute drive from Kuah Town. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, nice view from the villa. Breakfast in vegan restaurant is amazing. The location is very convenient hiden in jungle, and close to airport as well as town shops, restaurants etc. The stuff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. You can spot monkeys in the trees during daytime. Also tried SPA massages, very nice procedure.

Delicious restaurant with smiley professional staff. No problem with English. Water refill station. We had fun with quiz day in restaurant and live music night was also amazing.

It really is like a huge apartment, massive comfortable bed, cosy sitting room, spacious kitchen area, great dressing room area near the bathroom and big terrace to sit and listen to tropical birdsong and see monkeys swinging through the trees. Such a change from big impersonal hotels, the staff are all really lovely and the breakfast is a real treat. You are a few minutes walk from the beach and a 10 -15 walk to the busy Penang strip. Plenty of eateries around both Western and Malaysian. We loved it.
