Perfect to get your boats or visit treaty grounds.

Lovely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Large, clean accommodation with apple and plum trees in the garden and plenty windfall fruits to pick. The pool was clean and not too cold.

Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace.

Each studio and apartment at Averill Court Motel Paihia includes satellite TV and some movie channels available. All rooms feature plunger coffee and an electric kettle and either a kitchen or kitchenette with cooking facilities. We had enjoyed our stay for 3 days 2 night. Winnie had provided us with excellent services on booking day trip and tour and ensure we got good times and wouldn't miss out the important activities. Sizeable room and nothing we can complaint about.

Our room was perfectly located for the afternoon sun (room 11) and despite the heavy wind that swept through Russell, we were lucky to be so sheltered from it while relaxing pool side most of the time. Convenient to all restaurants, shops and a well stoked four square. Rooms were very clean and equipped with everything. We look forward to coming back.

All suites offer a patio or balcony with sea or garden views. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The ocean view was lovely. It was conveniently close to restaurants and the dock while being far enough away to be quiet.
