Every person working at Buenaventura felt like a friend and were so kind and I can’t imagine any complaints about this hotel or staff!!! The hotel was very quiet right after the protests, so can’t imagine how difficult it is to deliver such quality when the workers are still working to move back to the area, but every meal was exceptional and every staff member was fantastic. We loved the choice for restaurants, pools, even great room service. The hotel shuttle took us many places and the amenities in the Buenaventura community were wonderful. The zoo was incredible! We expected only a few animals but it had so much! The onsite deli/coffee bar/ grocery and convenience store were great. The food was very reasonably priced. We traveled with a 6 and a 14 year old and will be back!!

There is also free WiFi on the whole property. Absolutely amazing stay! The kids were thrilled, and so were we. Great beach, we really enjoyed the water slides (almost no lines), and the food was very good. Even the wine included in the all-inclusive was really good – which is not often the case. Friendly staff, clean and bright room, the only thing we regretted was that we couldn’t stay longer :(
