My room, a beach-facing sanctuary, was nothing short of perfect. It offered all the amenities and comforts one would expect from a five-star resort. The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. The serene atmosphere added an extra layer of magic to the experience. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated on the long stretch of Boracay's iconic white beach, it enjoys a prime spot where the beach is cleaner and less crowded. It felt like my own slice of paradise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized retreat in Boracay. Free WiFi is available on selected areas of the property. Above anything else the STAFF - everyone, from the lovely ladies in the reception, to the housekeeping teams and those serving the breakfast - were just SO NICE. They made me feel at home, remembering my name, always with a huge smile on their faces. I can’t commend them enough for their hospitality, it’s really some of the best I have seen in my extensive travels! The hotel is very well located, 10 min walk you’ll be in the White Beach, Dmall for restaurants or you can go see the other side of the island and appreciate kitesurfing in Bolabog Beach. It was impeccably clean, with housekeeping done everyday. Whilst a bit dated, the room was spacious, with a little fridge and a kettle. Breakfast was delicious! I tried the waffles, the pancakes, the french toast, the omelette… and it was always fantastic. On my last day I had to leave early for the airport and they made me an egg sandwich for my breakfast to take away 🙏🏻

Ambassador in Paradise is in the best location of the island and i love how clean their beachfront is, with a wide stretch of sand. Rooms are huge with balcony, you can tango or ballroom dance inside their bathroom😁I have enjoyed their free yoga classes in the morning with very good instructors. Professional staff and they are all friendly and helpful. Food is great and a variety is served everyday. It is a home away from home. Highly recommended and ideal for all sorts of travellers. One of the best hotels in Boracay👍🏼

Complimentary internet access is provided. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La hotel in Boracay. Everything about the staff , the facilities, the service was great and enjoyable. The place is huge and everything can be done without ever going out on the island. the hotel also provides van transfer service, which allows to go visit the island and the town center very easily. Inside the resort, we felt very secured and everything was done for us to feel the most comfortable as possible the food was delicious, the breakfast is very rich and diverse to please every taste. The swimming pools are superb, with sea view to relax in the best environment.

As a Catholic, attending the mass was very convenient as it was just beside the Church. Also since we went there for a wedding, it was very easy to get there to attend the wedding on time. We very much enjoyed the semi-smart room. Facilities are clean and the staff are very accommodating. Overall, it was excellent. Good job to the crew and the management.
