We received a lot of great recommendations about hikes in the area when we checked in, it really helped us make the most of the 3 days we were at Bohinj. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and all of it delicious!

Beautiful hotel overlooking lake bohinj. The architecture and decor is stunning and very alpine cozy. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. We had a nice walk out patio on the lower level which was great to bring in all of our luggage. The restaurant on site had a great breakfast buffet and dinner. Perfect stay if visiting the Bohinj area. Also has a bike and ski storage room. We left a day earlier than planned and they were gracious enough to refund us for the night we didn’t stay.

Boasting a terrace and views of mountain, Rustic House 13 is a country house set in a historic building in Bohinj, 7.2 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj. With free private parking, the property is 23 km from The Bled Island and 25 km from Sports Hall Bled. The country house has family rooms. The location was wonderful in a small village, away from tourists. We got to experience rural living. Our hosts were very informative, helpful and quick to respond. They gave great recommendations including a wonderful meal in the next village which was only a 15 minute walk and some very helpful sightseeing suggestions (including warning us about 2-hour limited parking which unfortunately we didn't heed and ended up paying a 20€ fine). Accommodations were very clean, bright and clutter-free. Great mini kitchen for self-prepared breakfast. Our stay in the area, as short as it was, was made extra special by the hosts and their guidance.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. We had an amazing time in Sredna Vas Bohinj. The town was reachable by both the arriva bus that runs regularly and the 2euro Bohinj tourist bus that runs in high season. The accommodation was perfect for us as it was so close to Triglav national park and the starting points of major hikes. It had everything you need including a mini fridge, table and chairs, private washroom, wifi and a tower fan. The host was even nice enough to let us use her kitchen to cook meals. She treated us at check in with a nice cold drink and highlighted some of the great things to do around the area proving us with a map and hiking routes. Of all the countries we have been to in Europe, Slovenia probably does tourism the best making the national park so easily accessible. 10/10 recommend this place as home base for exploring the park.

Set at the heart of the Triglav National Park, right next to the Savica stream, Vila Park B&B - Adults Only is only 350 metres from the Bohinj Lake. It offers a bar and a lush garden fitted with sun loungers. Its rooms come with free WiFi access. This was the most beautiful incredible place I have ever stayed at. Jana, the host is so incredible and so interesting. She really takes care of you and she’s so much fun. She’s informative and very educated and we were both crazy about her. It’s along this beautiful crystal clear river with chairs right by the river and a 5 minute walk to Lake Bohinj. We plan to return. It is very special.

Located 400 metres from Bohinjsko Lake within Triglav National Park, Accommodation Resman is 4 km from the Vogel Ski Resort. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. A shared terrace and a garden with barbecue facilities invite to relax. It has great location, and we had really spacious apartment. Nice and clean. Great communication with the owner of the place. I would highly recommend this stay if you are planning trip to Lake Bohinj.

The rooms are located in the hotel building and the luxurious Villa Stare can be rented as a whole. The hotel and the Villa Stare are surrounded by a 3500 m² garden, where you can spend relaxing hours during the warmer months. Breakfast was a nice but steady variety, Anna who prepared them also baked fresh pancakes sometimes. Location is great for hiking the Triglav national park and Lake Bohinj area. Host George was also kind and helpful to tell us and recommend which hikes to try based on the weather etc.
