The hotel is clean and maintained in perfect condition. The environment was very nice and quiet . The crews are perfect. The dinner was of superb style and quality. The stay was fantastic.

Excellent staff, location and accomodation. We chose to upgrade into family accomodation which had us in a suite of authetic Japanese rooms surrounded by Japanese antiques! We were lucky enough to enjoy local acitivities and cuisine as suggested by our host.

The room and the building were very beautiful and clean. The onsen was very nice, I especially enjoyed the sound of the rain on the roof in the outdoor onsen. The staff were very nice and helpful. They also told us about a local festival that we enjoyed!
