The outside onsen is gorgeous. My room was large, pleasant, comfortable. Every little detail to feel well was there : katana, tea, fresh water. Tons of stuff for kids like ping pong, games room, even karaoke. Be sure to sit on the open air patio for the ashi-no-yu foot bath. Nice yukatas to wear when you go to onsen. Look for their name beside their car. The staff were friendly to a fault and even if they can't keep up with English, they'd do anything to help you. The rooms are Japanese style tatami rooms so sparse of furniture. Dinner was good and after dinner staff came and setup the futon mattresses on the floor.
