The view from the room was magnificent, we were looking right at the torii gate. The dinner course was superb and very diverse. We aslo enjoyed the private onsen.

The owners go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable. Would travel here for the food alone, what a feast! (tip: do a very light lunch prior). These hard working people and their outstanding building and surroundings really need more international visits. So, if you’re in the market for a Adachi museum visit. Please consider this ryokan as your stay. I would recommend a 2 night stay as you can explore the temple grounds and unwind. In other words; It’s been absolutely perfect. どうもありがとう。
