The host was really helpful and welcoming! Very patient in communicating while the typhoon hitting and might affecting my journey. Overall stay was very well and homey.

For example, when we told them we’d arrive a bit early they got the room ready for us when we arrived, gave us a Xmas present when we left, and were so attentive to make sure we had a perfect stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hakuba, you won’t regret it.

Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. Right near the bus station for easy access to other resorts. Would highly recommend their breakfast option, a very traditional meal.
