Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.

Friendly staff and great MANAGEMENT little pricey but unique location and property! The room was great huge and onsen the highlight!

Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.

Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.
