Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.

Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.

In a word everything. The property is like something out of a James Bond movie. The room was excellent with two onsen, one outside with an incredible view. The layout of the room and the decor were to our taste and amazing in its simplicity. This aspect was evident it the rest of the hotel, from the corridors with work windows strategically placed, to the communal areas. The Kaiseki dinners were also excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

Excellent dinner and breakfast with an absolutely stunning view over the lake. Our flight was delayed and the staff waited and additional 4 hours to serve us our dinner!

JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. Hotel owner has good taste. I like the deco of lobby and hot spring. There is also massage chair in the lounge. Dinner is delicate and delicious. I can get discount for An’nupuri ski ticket in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our ski life in Niseko and our stay in this wonderful hotel.
