Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Love everything, especially our in-room staff Mutsumi. She made tea for us and prepared us for dinner - made us feel so welcome. Dinner was the best I ever had in a hotel! We are lucky enough to see Fuji-san from our room considering it's summer. Private and public onsen are great also roof-top foot spa (get a really clear view of Fuji-san on the roof top). Breakfast buffet is perfect - alll you can drink matcha latte!! Location is great, we walked to Fuji-san rope way in the morning. Parking is free and just across the street.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Best Hotel in Lake Kawaguchiko (probably whole Japan). The breakfast was so clean and fresh. In room onsen was so good after walking around the lake and before the check-out to refresh you.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. We loved this place! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Google translator helped us to communicate. It's a hotel with traditional Japanese rooms with futons and shared bathrooms. I would recommend booking with breakfast and dinner! The food they prepared was delicious. To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back

Located just a minute's walk from Kawaguchiko Lake, Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel offers accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko, near Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. Amazing experience! The host was extremely kind. He picked up from bus stop and dropped off too. The hospitality is everything! 100% you should experience it. We rent classic Japanese style room with a view and it was worth it! When we were dinning in shared space the host offered us water, tea and chopsticks - very kind of him! Onsen - stunning! The hotel provides you with towels and Yukata for both men and women. Every corner of this place was clean. They take care of their property a lot!

The shuttle to and from the bus station was so convenient. Great location and the view we had of Mt Fuji from our room was gorgeous! The traditional room was clean and beautiful. Wearing yukata and going to the onsen was an amazing experience as well. Do yourself a favor and add on the breakfast when you arrive! It was so delicious.

Yamadaya Hotel, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 19 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 39 km from Mount Fuji, as well as 300 metres from Lake Shojiko. The property has mountain and lake views, and is 18 km from Lake Kawaguchi. The ryokan features a hot spring bath and luggage storage space. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection from Fujikawaguchiko. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the area. The hotel may look unassuming from the outside, but inside it’s an old, incredibly charming, and immaculately clean place. The hotel owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to reserve the private onsen right away. The rooms are enormous, designed in a traditional style, and truly spacious, with seating areas that offer direct views of the lake and, of course, Mount Fuji. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The onsen is also a dream, offering a direct view of Mount Fuji. The kaiseki dinner was the most beautiful and freshest we’ve ever had. All in all, during our 7-week trip through Japan, we didn’t stay at a more beautiful hotel!
