We also had a fridge stocked with complementary drinks + welcome cookies every day! They also offer you a welcome drink at the tea salon located on Lvl 8! The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented; traditional breakfast was not far behind! Absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay here again someday!

It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

We keep coming back. The building has a great atmosphere, very welcoming. Very helpful personal. Spotlessly clean. And the onsen is great for soaking away jetlag. Close enough to Hakone for a daytrip.

The different pools are very hot and comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing... The view from the restaurant is amazing and the japanese breakfast very good (miso soup was incredible! Gnum!!!). And in the evening you can join the other guests for free ramen (gnum!)

We have never experienced this kind of luxury in our lives….. this place and environment totally blew our minds! We had te luxury to stay in the villa, and exceeded all our expectations. The views, the pool, the sauna, the hotspring tub, the fireplace, the BBQ… it was more than enough to really end our holiday totally relaxed! We were supposed to go to Tokyo the last 3 days of our holiday, but we where glad that we canceled that, and went to Shikuoka instead! The falls and wasabi fields and hikes nearby were great excursions, and then come back to the villa was a real dream! Also there were no other guests, so we had the whole place for ourselves…. This 4-star ryokan offers luggage storage space and bicycle parking. The ryokan has parking on-site, a hot spring bath and full-day security. The staff were incredible. We felt like we were the only people in the place. Amazing service! The room and onsen were great and the breakfast was incredible. Overall soo very impressive.
