3 star Hotel, 5 star values. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, very clean and welcoming. Old building but modernised, the bed had 3 USBs on either side. The food was amazing in the restaurant as well as breakfast. Really recommend this hotel.

Holt still retains it's old English style character, a very pleasant small town to visit with some nice shops to look around if you like that sort of thing along with a couple of nice pubs & cafes.

Holt was festive and fabulous.
Holt was festive and fabulous. It has a good range of shops, places of interest and walking opportunities. The Christmas lights and decorations are obviously a big attraction and provide a lovely atmosphere. All very gentle and calm.

Many interesting shops, such as Bakers and Larner, Joules, Weird Fish etc., Byfords great for food either breakfast or dinner, also for fresh bread and cakes to take away, Follies tea room very quaint. In places the roads are narrow would be better one-way traffic especially around Byfords.

Upmarket town with lots of independent shops, easy access to the coast, beware of high parking charges, good, free parking, and toilets at Cley & Blakeney village hall, (£5.40 for 3 hours at Weybourne "beach") The train to Sheringham is a nice trip, the seafront museum is very good.

We only stayed one night so may not of seen all of Holt but would say it is for couples more than families.
The 'square' and the shops around it is small and perfect for having a browse around, good food and a drink. It was dog friendly from what I witnessed. Fairly flat to walk around but with narrow pavements and Car parking seemed limited.
The View was the perfect holiday location for us. It was beautifully decorated and the views from the living area were simply wonderful. Combined with the blue skies we could have been in Umbria! Holt is such a lovely little town to explore and everything was on the doorstep, yet wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, homely, quiet and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have spent a little more time in it - we were attending a wonderful family wedding at nearby Voewood. We hope very much we can return.
We loved the rural location. Just a few minutes from Holt, and just a few minutes the other way to Sheringham. We were warmly welcomed by Lorraine when we arrived, and told everything we needed to know including useful suggestions on dining out.
Breakfast was plentiful, freshly made and delicious. The room was beautifully appointed, and full of light from the wide window that offered a view of the surrounding fields, where hares and deer came to entertain us right on cue.
Beautiful house with colourful quirky decor in a convenient location for visiting north Norfolk. Holt itself is a pretty place too. Plenty of room in the housevfor 7 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. It was very hot during our stay and we could sit outside in the lane once the shops were shut so that was a bonus.
Great location, only 10 minutes walk to Holt and 2 minutes off the A148 which is a good link road to explore this lovely part of Norfolk. The cottage is really well equipt and was a home from home with comfy beds and a fantastic sunny garden. We will definitely re-book this cottage another time.
Great central location in New Road, with the top floor overlooking the town and Bakers & Larners Furnishings store, with the usual fabulous Norfolk skies! 2 lovely bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Generally a well equipped kitchen, but short of a potato masher and tongs!
The location was perfect and we liked that it was upside down as that made for fabulous views. it’s beautiful decorated, there’s a well equipped kitchen, very comfy sofa and beds, and a good smart TV. Parking was a few minutes walk away but still a bonus in Holt. Overall we loved it.
Excellent location right in the middle of Holt. Parking for us was also good as we were out of season but the Albert road car park would have also been fine. The outside area was very nicely done and we did use it, nice planting. For a cottage is packs in a lot of comfort.
Breakfasts were lovely, good choice of food. The home made marmalade is delicious, infact Lexi gave us the recipe. The bed was so comfortable..Our hosts were very sociable and welcoming...3 Corners is a short walk into Holt and it's a great base to explore North Norfolk..
The house is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Holt with all its independent shops and cafes but also a very short drive to Norfolk's stunning coast. We would not hesitate to return when we next visit this part of the UK.
Jess and her team are wonderful. Excellent service from the moment you arrive. I have stayed at The Kings Head numerous times and always take our dogs. I cannot rate this hotel with its fab restaurant enough.
We loved everything. The owner gave us a warm welcome, there were goodies in the fridge and we had everything we needed. The house is immaculate, beautiful and just a short walk from the centre of Holt
Good central location for Holt, street parking was convenient and the garden was a good size with lots of additional utensils to allow you to have a BBQ or eat in the garden weather permitting.
Great location in centre of Holt, good for exploring north Norfolk. Room was generously sized and clean, looked just like pictures. Breakfast was tasty and generous.
