The hosts were wonderful people, the property was very tastefully down with every room portraying its own unique story. The check-in process was seamless and the location was bang in the middle of the city. Strongly recommend spending some time at their Paris library which will make you travel back time!

Weymouth holds a special place in my heart as my Mum’s family all come from there and I spent a lot of my school holidays there. It has of course changed quite a lot but the beach is still fabulous for children and if you are happy to drive further afield there is Sandsfoot Cove which is a bit quieter than the main beach, and Portland with it’s exciting lighthouse to visit at the Bill. Abbotsbury Swannery is brilliant - beautiful and educational all at once and Monkey World just along the way is much fun. You can’t go wrong having a break in Weymouth.

We love Weymouth our travel time is about 90min away but we love to stay there when we can as there is so much to do. The beach is always clean and the dogs are allowed on a specific partof the beach in the summer. Good places to eat and fabulous old pubs to find out of town. The boot is a special little gem. The nightlife is good as there is always live music in the pubs. The harbour is a magical place to sit with a coffee or a beer and watch the bridge going up to let the boats go under. Also good shopping centre, a little run down in places but on the whole plenty of good cafes.

I have visited Weymouth ever since i was a child so it holds a special place in my heart. Its really dissapointing to see how many shops etc that are now closed though making the town centre look pretty poor.
We visited the Preston side of Weymouth as well though and this has got a lot better over the years. The arcades are fantastic, the scenery is superb and the prices at the cafes etc arent too steep either.

Very disappointed with present day Weymouth.
Very disappointed with present day Weymouth. Have visited Weymouth regularly over a period of 70 years, except for the beach, the town centre is very run down. Many shops, bars, restaurants and other facilities shut down. The streets were filthy and strewn with rubbish. In desperate need of a makeover and some loving care.
Will not return in near future.
A lovely boutique hotel with lots of character,it has its own special charm and beauty. Very comfortable bed and pillow amd our room has a beautiful sea view. This place also provide hot tasty breakfast for you to start your day.
Vanessa and Simon were very friendly host and they look after us very well. Highly recomended if you coming to Weymouth for a holiday. Despite the weather,we left this place feeling relax because we had a really good time staying at this hotel that has an awesome host like them.. Thank you very much!
Had an amazing stay at southville, the host was lovely. Couldn’t wish for a nicer owner, we actually missed breakfast one morning due to our fault and she cooked us breakfast 20 minutes after closing the kitchen.
Walking distance into the centre of weymouth, not worth driving. Brilliant parking around the back. Really lovely and this will be our first stop when we return to weymouth.

The staff was friendly--they helped me take my luggage upstairs and let me keep the luggage. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable--a nice balance between hard and soft. The sea-side decor lightened up the room--and the room stayed dark into late morning. The hotel is a minute from the beautiful Weymouth town beach and it takes just five minutes to walk to a great restaurant.
We stayed one night at No 98 Boutique Hotel which was ideal situated to the Railway Station and Weymouth Pavilion, as well as the seafront. It is also located close to the town.
Had beautifully decorated and comfortable room, overlooking the sea. Great choice for breakfast.
The proprietors were very friendly. We hope to return sometime soon.
Highly recommended
First of all the owner Roger was very helpful and friendly.
I was travelling by my self so my small double room was perfect for me.
The room and en suite bathroom was very clean and comfortable.
the sea front is a short walk from the hotel the gardens were beautiful.
you can walk along the seafront to Weymouth town centre and harbour.
Fabulous hostess and characterful rooms and decor. The location was perfect, right near the beach and easy walking into the lovely seaside town of Weymouth. The hostess was friendly and helpful and made my stay memorable. Breakfasts were fantastic with everything you would expect with a full English. Loved the place.
Easy, friendly check in, hotel right on seafront, 2 minutes walk to shops. Fun park and beach outside are bright and loud, but the windows and curtains dealt with it superbly. I had a front facing room, which had a great view across the bay. Bed was comfortable
The Clarence is in the perfect location for Weymouth seafront, marina, quay and shops. It has certainly earned its 4 star rating; everything is of such a high quality finish, the hosts especially welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts worth working up for!
Louise was very friendly and accommodating to our particular needs. Room was very clean and spacious. Free parking was a bonus. Food options for breakfast gave us everything we wanted. Will definitely return the next time we go to Weymouth
The host has fashioned a very quaint boutique hotel from a lovely historic building right in the heart of the Weymouth beach neighborhood. Top notch personal service plus an excellent breakfast made this our favorite stay in the UK.
the location was excellent and having an onsite bus service into weymouth proved very useful.the haven staff were very helpful and friendly.we ate in the restaurant and the food was to be recommended.
At Weymouth's vegan B&B, I rested my head,
With plant-based delights, so graciously fed.
Thank you dear hosts, for the warmth you did share,
In your eco-friendly haven, none could compare!
The hotel was ok, quite shabby and needing renovated, but otherwise passable and not unpleasant. The parking was great by Weymouth standards and the hotel is not too far from the centre.
Perfect place to stay for a couple. Our second time here and ideal for our needs, immaculate and comfortable and so well placed for the seafront, town centre and with parking.
Staff were very nice and helpful, and hotel central to most things to do , staff on desk Very helpful with parking behind hotel,(stressful for me to do it) very clean hotel
Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location at a good price. Rooms well presented and staff very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of car parking a few minutes away.
