The price for the room is good compared to other options in the city. The room was nice, the floor was completely carpeted, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was of good quality. I noticed that attention was paid to small details as well. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. There are plenty of charging points, a mirror in the room and another in the bathroom. The kitchen was literally fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is also great, as it’s close to the Iron Fountain, which is a perfect spot for selfies.

Very well appointed apartment, within walking distance to Gyumri centre and tourust attractions.. Lots of space overall, big bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, so I was able to prepare meals and had convenience of kettle to make hot drinks. Lovely, friendly, kind hostess with great communication, so made finding the apartment a relatively easy process. Recommended.
