Everything in the apartment is of the highest quality: from the furniture, to the kitchen equipment, to the bathroom (with a very generously spaced walk-in shower, high quality porcelain, and a hand made maple wood counter), to the towels, down to the coffee beans. The owners have set this up to the highest standards, with great taste and eye for detail. And then of course there is the magnificent view....and a wonderful restaurant within a five minutes walk....and super friendly and helpful owners.

The location was superb. It is a lonely house on the hill an hour from Salzburg and half an hour from Hallstadt. Very quiet with beautiful view. The apartment fully stocked and clean with two rooms and double beds so both my daugthers and my wife and I had a full size double bed. The owner Mr. Gregor was very helpful and polite. He lives on the property so should any problems arise he is there to help. I highly reccomend.

We were a family of 6 adults staying for two weeks. We loved the house Schlager and the surroundings. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and supportive. The place was super clean and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could imagine to need, including the dishwasher. Outside there was a terrace with BBQ possibility, which we used a lot. The house also offers a room with the washing machine and the dryer, which is very convenient. We could park our car in the garage and there are also two additional parking slots. We can definitely imagine coming back.

We were the first travelers to enjoy the facility and it was outstanding. Barbara the host is the nicest!! The location is a short drive/walking distance from Abentau center and we enjoyed the surroundings. The house is cozy and you can tell thery were considering the little things.

It's a welcoming place, ideal for a family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We appreciated the availability of board games for entertainment.     New, clean, fully equipped apartment. Additionally, a minute away from the ski lift and perfect skiing. Very nice landlady, nothing was a problem, very good communication both in person and remotely. In the fully equipped kitchen, we were greeted with a nice surprise - for example, good coffee available, cocoa, teas, chocolate for the kids... really great and kind. So far, I have not experienced this elsewhere. The price is great considering the equipment and size of the apartment. THANK YOU, we will return.

    The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen and enough storage and radiators to dry clothes. Helene is a lovely host who was ready to help and provide great tips. The kids loved the local animals and playing in the snow.

    Nice views from the apartment, great helpful and welcoming hosts, modern and comfortable apartment, with well equipped kitchen, access to sauna and skidepot. Home made jam and soap, and decorations, with many other small details that make a great impression. We are coming back.

    We were 4 nights in the ground floor apartment, 5 adults. The apartment is spacious and includes 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view around the house is lovely, the village of Rusbach is very close to the Gosau and Hallstatt lakes. There is a supermarket a 5-minute drive from the village. The apartment is hot, but since we were in the apartment in the second half of September, when we opened the windows in the evening it was pleasant.
