This is our second stay here and we are completely in love. The house is beautifully located and has a very special feel. The grounds surrounding the house are open and spacious. Very kind last minute accomondation without any problems. Even though the owner was not at home when we had arrived. Clean appartment with all things normal people could need. Only german speaking owner, but without any serious problem for us (not german speaking guests:-).

EVERYTHING! So much space in every room. Immaculately clean and everything we could possible need was in the property from the kitchen accessories to board games in the drawers, electrical equipment, bathroom and laundry needs. On doorstep of Gmund centre town and restaurant and tourist locations. Your own parking space and use of the beautiful garden What totally made our visit so pleasant and enjoyable were Roman and Melanie’s (owners) amazing hospitality, going out of their way to make us have a great stay, showing us around Gmund and spending time with us out and about! Such a lovely couple!
