The room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious and fantastic views. It is on a perfect location between the second and third section of the Lechweg (starting from the Formarinsee). In addition, we were helped tremendiously by the owners. We booked without much attention to the room and thought we would be able to cook, but could not (which was totally our mistake). The hosts were great to solve the problem we had caused for ourself, and prepared our meal. Great problem solving and great service!

An absolutely excellent place to stay for families of all ages. Thanks to the true ski-in/ski-out access, even in mid-March, our family could start skiing together each morning. Later in the day, we easily split up based on preferences—some of us had the energy to ski all day, while others preferred to start the après-ski earlier.:))) The warm outdoor pool with magnificent mountain views was amazing! It stayed pleasantly warm even while it was snowing. Everything was comfortable, clean, modern, just as in hotel images. Car parking, ski storage, fitness center, and swimming pool are all conveniently connected and easily accessible.

Coffee machine filled in with grains sufficient for 1 week for 4 adults. Comfortable covered parking (2,05 hight) and places outside for higher cars, bakery downstairs, good storage possibility, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, lift, location for ski lifts Sonnenkopf and Arlberg ski, accessibilty from the main road,

    The house has a character, was spotless clean and partly renovated. Kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The living areas are also renovated. Very spacious house, room to accommodate for example two families. The owners are friendly and easy to reach. Lots of good skiing areas within less than an hour. Easy to move around with a own car. The village itself is quiet, and not much services.

    Nice brand new apartment in the middle of beautiful nature. Everything new, modern. Kitchen fully equipped. Apartment has huge bathroom with hairdryer. Even though apartment is close to the motorway you can hear almost no noise. The host is super nice and always so helpful.
