The cabin was surprisingly bigger than I had thought. Nice and tidy kitchen and lounge room. The alpacas were cute to watch out by the fire pit.

Such a beautiful home and so well equipped - has all the kitchen gadgets and equipment to make staying with kids or a bigger group super easy. We were only there for a night and still felt to comfy and looked after.

The gardens were designed beautifully. We enjoyed wandering around looking at the roses. The renovation to the church have been done to a high standard, which made our stay very comfortable.

We knew the views would blow us away.... and they really did. They are truly exceptional and vary through the day. We absolutely loved staying here. The gauze screens on all the doors meant we could go to sleep with doors open listening to the river, crickets and bird-life. And the cows from time to time too, of course. A wallabi visited at dusk one evening and we saw many from afar. One bedroom is off the veranda with no other connection to the bathrooms or rest of the house, no real hardship but worth pointing out. This traditional farm house has everything you need. We drove to Barrington Tops for walks in the national park.

I had an incredible stay at this holiday house! The privacy and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Waking up to stunning views of the mountains every morning was truly a treat. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing restful sleep each night. After a long, hot day, the pool was an absolute highlight—so refreshing and relaxing. This house truly offered a serene and rejuvenating experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

    Beds were comfortable and the linen was really nice. The two showers/bath were helpful when 5 of us came back from a swim in the river! We chose somewhere close to Gloucester for the NYE fireworks but we still wanted to feel isolated and relaxed and Barrington Riverside Cottages fit the bill perfectly. The central common area was really cool too- we didn't realise it had a proper oven/kitchen facilities down there until the third night but we used it to cook pizza then we used the firepit for marshmallows :-)

    the church renovation is modern and beautiful. so easy to just be inside. kitchen and appliances are excellent quality and the wifi is superb. information booklets provided are amazing and the outside seating area is sensational. Has everything you could need

    the cottage closest to the entry is by far the best on site with better privacy than the other cottages. The cottage was tidy and comfortable. It included a bbq as well as a kitchen with utensils and cookware, great if you wanted to show off your culinary skills. The bathroom was large and spacious and the view from the master bedroom/bathroom was also impressive. I would absolutely stay again.

    Size of the superior villa/tori farmhouse, great for families, location to Barrington tops national Park quality of beds and linen, excellent cooking facilities and utensils. Great undercover outdoor area, excellent air con and fans (we have few days in high 34degrees) firewood provided, some basic kitchen cleaning products supplied. Beautiful outlook, with large windows and sliding doors

    The attraction to the place is seclusion with some simple but essential appointments (great kitchen/BBQ, huge living space, excellent heating and cooling). The property surrounds were very beautiful and pool in great order. Everything worked.
