The room is very clean and spacious, with a decent size of the living room and cooking area. The little porch area was lovely. The staff was there upon our arrival to provide information and easy to check out via key-dropping.

The facilities provided everything we needed and more. The king-sized bed was comfortable. The shower had instant hot water that never ran out. The TV included subscription services. The light breakfast supplies were varied and ample. The host couldn't have been more helpful. The quiet and peaceful surrounds, close to the beach, increased the relaxing outcomes for us. We'll be back at every opportunity.

Everything. Location and comfort deserve more than 5 stars. Michelle and Brad have gone beyond expectations to make you feel you're home away from home. They have provided everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The beds were super comfortable, the place was clean and beautifully decorated. The couch was perfect for laying back and enjoying one of the many DVD's to select from. There are games and books and things for the kids to do. The outside is not much to look at but when you walk in you feel like you're in a brand new, fancy hotel. I highly recommend Chill for a relaxing and fun holiday on Phillip Island!!

Plenty of space and was super clean. Lovely touches of the different milks and choice of coffees and teas. We only stayed one night but would be great for a longer stay. Has everything you need. They even had the heater on for when we arrived.

    The position of our room was the best, probably the best we have ever had, also close to town so we did not have to drive anywhere, the room was amazing, ocean beach views and spa bath everything you could ask for, great kitchen and the heater was on for us on our arrival on a cold winters day

    Fantastic location, very short walk to Coles, Aldi , the main street of Cowes and easily walkable to the beach. Heaps of cafes, vintage shops and restaurants nearby. Cottage was perfect for 3, including comfy couch. Smart TV was very welcome. Kitchen doesn't have oven, but the electric frypan, microwave and hotplate meant we could do great self catering. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and a good teabag/coffee bag/sugar starter kit. We appreciated decent stock of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and 2 good tea towels.
