The swimming was big enough for all the guests as well as the number of sun loungers. Everything was perfectly clean. The complex is pretty new and you could even feel the scent of new furniture as you entered the room. There's a dishwashwer in the apartment. As for the location, the view of the sea is breathtaking. There' s also a small shop just around the corner as well as the bus stop nr 15 which takes you to the airport Burgas as well as the city centre.

The apartment was beautiful! It has everything you need - the kitchen is fully equipped. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. In the day you can admire the sea. And what's most important, it's quiet! We slept like babies:) Across the road from the apartment building, there is a park and the beach is right behind the park. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Burgas. It was a great stay!

The room was perfect. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very polite and helped us when we needed it. Big plus for the free parking because in burgas there is no free parking on the road with the zones etc. ill definitely stay again if i go back.

The host met me personally and handed the keys. Communication was easy and pleasant. The apartment was very clean, perfectly equipped, and had everything I needed for an overnight stay — and even more. I was pleasantly surprised to find a little complimentary treat, which made stay even nicer. The place is spotless, well-furnished, and I would definitely stay here again.

    Quiet location with 20min walking from bus station south. To my, quiet night was important that I could seelp well. Also two A/C units was big bonus. Well equipped kitchen with landry suprised me positively. Owerall, very good, new apartment with all things needed to make own food also when wanted. We will see next year again.

    Great location - the apartment is in the centre and is close both to the railway and bus stations as well as to the Sea Garden. We found everything we needed for almost 1 week stay here - well equipped kitchen, an iron with an ironing board, a drying rack, etc. The host let us in earlier, and we could also leave our luggage after the check out.

    Very nice flat! With roof-light and a atrium/half balcony. All newly renovated, very clean, equiped mini kitchen, with inside doors to close if needed ;) Supermarket at the corner, shopingstreet at the next corner. Easy to park, calm and: very good beds.

    The apartment is new and it is exactly the same as it on the photos. It is extremelly clean, has all kitchen supplies and enough shelves and closets to put clothes on. The air con is always working and nothing did go wrong. The TV is very Big and has all what you need.

    The temperature is constant. During the hottest days in July we slept without AC and it was around 23-24C inside. There is a really nice private garden. Just be careful as there are a lot of mosquitos. The host is really sweet and always supports if something is needed. Kitchen is fully equipped!
