Dan and Aida and their team are the best hosts you will find in Kasane. It's a family business and they go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay possible. I ate there once, home cooked by Aida and Lebo and it was delicious! Dan is always available to help and drive if needed, gives good advice and generously shares everything he knows about Kasane, the area, the parks and animals. It's a pleasure to talk with. I stayed for a week and I am deeply grateful for all their care and attention, flexibility and kindness. The accommodation is not very close to the centre but that's what makes its charm, a quiet, familiar, more authentic, comfortable and clean place, it's the place to go! We stayed in 'n Superior Chalet, 2 rooms, sleeps 4 people, it had a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, along with two full bathrooms. The room, swimming pool, restaurant, river view deck, everything was great!

From the time I made the reservation,they always responded to my questions and were very kind and made me feel at ease. There is a microwave so you can cook your own meals and there is a supermarket nearby. It was so safe that I walked to the restaurant at night. Optional tours can also be ordered at low prices. Anyway,all the stuff here nice very kind. There are some small insects,but there insecticides and mosquito coils available so there is no problem.

The entire staff was incredibly kind. From the moment of check-in (super fast and friendly), the staff always made sure to provide service to the best of their abilities. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were excellent. The two pools are beautiful, clean, and appropriately sized for the facility. The buffet breakfast is definitely above average compared to many places in the same range. If you're considering of visiting Vic Falls, this is the place to stay.

We were truly grateful as we had to book another game drive the day we were checking out due to heavy rainfall. We hardly saw any animals that day. So we were given a place to keep our bags and relax until the time the game drive was due around 2pm. I would honestly recommend anyone to book here it is really a lovely place and value for money.
