It is a new hotel. The hotel was ok - the room was big and clean. The manager came to town to pick us up as the adres was unknown to our navigation systems. Friendly personel. You can use the kitchen and cook your meal.

The facility is excellent, fully equipped, clean, very well located and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful. They have plenty of suggestions, for restaurants, souvenir shops and tour guides. Thanks to them we met our guide Jack (Planet Safari) which was the highlight of our trip. The owners also own a Chinese restaurant and the food is just amazing! Their son is a professional mixologist making drinks using the local products and they are exquisite. Definitely recommend the stay accompanied by the delicious food and drinks.

This is a special place. On the edge of Okavango, near a floodplain, you'll find an oasis of peace. Phazama is about a 30-minute drive from Maun, so it is suitable for multi-night stays. It was self- everything was convenient! We cooked and served our own food according to our time convenience. We were provided with pots and utensils which made it so much easier for us with food that we bought. The place is air conditioned, which was a huge advantage to the current extreme heat wave we are experiencing.

Very friendly host, incredibly cute and friendly dog! Owner was happy to check in late hours (with pre agreement) and the place itself is very comfortable and clean.
