We had an absolutely wonderful time at Emily’s house! The house is not only beautiful and very cozy, but also perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need – and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace and simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere. What truly makes Velvet Fern Guesthouse special is the thoughtful and loving attention to detail: everything was personally and carefully prepared for our arrival, including a lovely breakfast and bikes we could use – such a kind touch! Everything was amazing the room was so well kitted out with the personal hot tub and the private beach so close by. Mark was attentive and great communicator, he really made our stay magical. Only regret was not staying here longer. Would recommend this place to anyone, a little paradise getaway! 11/10!!!

The Beach House was a fantastic property. Everything was catered for guests' comfort and convenience. Views were amazing. It was great to have the use of kayaks and canoes, lawn games etc. Beautifully presented property. A credit to the owners 👏 👌 A delightful welcome package from the owner Jen was a delicious surprise🍷🍫🍟🍛 To top it off, a pair of Bald Eagles spent an afternoon chilling in a neighbours tree 😀
