Self Catering Accommodation in Sydney

Excellent and convenient location right by the boardwalk, Althiough we booked knowing that breakfast was not included, we were very pleasantly suprised to have been offered a continental breakfast in the dining room/kitchen. Parking is onsite in the rear and also on the street in front of the inn. The room itself was well appointed and very clean, with complimentary toiletries,

The location was central and perfect for getting around Sydney and Cape Breton. Easy walking to waterfront and restaurants. The Spanish Bay Inn provided easy parking, average room space , AC and equipped with microwave , fridge and utensils. Bed was super comfy ! They provided a main kitchen area for guests on main level with basic supplies like juice, cereal , bread , coffee/tea etc for guest needs. Bonnie checked us in who was very friendly and accommodating and made the whole process and experience seem effortless.

Raj has a beautiful place, you can definitely call it a home for whatever time you are staying. It is so nice and so spacious and clean. You can tell Raj has put his heart into this 2 bedroom home. There is a full beautiful kitchen and 2 bathrooms an eating area and large family room with a large screen tv and fireplace. I know this sounds like a paid commercial but the Berkshire Home is really that good!!!. If we ever find ourselves in the area again this will be the place we will be staying. Thanks again Raj. Lovely room size and view of the Ocean, room 6. Light breakfast in the morning which was an added bonus did not realise breakfast included . Bonnie who showed us room and kitchen very helpful, she recommended a few places to eat. We ate at the pub opposite the entrance to hotel as it had stunning views of the ocean. Went for a walk along board walk afterwards.

I was so amazed at the kitchen facilities, it was like home , only better. I met an amazing couple and we chatted for an hour, drank coffee and had our breakfast together, that never happens in other hotels. The fridge was well stocked and all I had to do was rinse my dishes and put them in the dishwasher .
