Nice spacious and clean apartment - comfy, large beds - Awesomely empathetic and helpful host - Great location close to supermarket and public transport which ended up being free due to the Lucerne Pass given to us by the host. - A box of Duplo (Lego) was left in the apartment for our kids to enjoy! Perfect location, next to everything, and very clean apartment. It has everything I could need, I could even cook something easy in evening... They left guidance on everything, how to use the oven, the induction hob, dish washer... Very easy to find and use the keys and codes, really good and easy communication with Kobi team. And I was impressed that there was a festival just below my window, and I could barely hear the noise from the street if the windows were closed. I really have nothing to complain about my staying.

    Very good value for money, bus station is 1 min walking from the hotel takes you to Lucerne main station in 15 minutes. Kitchen appliance is also a good point specially if you are traveling with kids. self check in worked well no issues & communication with the staff through what's app was smooth. availability of self laundry also was an advantage (you can use the washing machines and drier in basement)

    Everything you need is provided. From bedlinnen to full kitchen equipment. We also found it a very safe location. With the provided Luzern guest pass you can take the S-Bahn (5 minutes walk) for free and one stop later you are in the town.

    Great location and easy walking distance to main transport options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Patricia does a great job. Onsite laundry is handy for limiting need for luggage. Very clean room and kitchen facilities were spotless. City voucher also a good value item as was chocolate... Would definitely recommend for 1-5 days stay. Coop around the concern (about 250 mtrs) have a good food selection if self catering.
