Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating. Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out. The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was also VERY comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail. Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.

Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Take a taxi if you have large luggages. If no luggage it is very easy access. Near to shopping, rentals and groceries. The apartment is very clean. Well equips homeware.They are more organised than my own house.I am impress to the game card available in a very nice corner table.All appliances is easy to use. They know what the occupants needed.Excellent! I will book again and I highly recomment it!

Amazing apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated and 15mins by foot from the center. Eva is nice, responsive and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartament also has a pretty big terrace. Over all we are very happy and can say that 100% would stay here again. It looks better than in the pictures.

Very nice small studio, nicely fitted with new/modern furniture and well equipped with all necessary tools (all kitchen stuff, dishwasher, nespresso machine (with a few capsules offered), modern oven, toaster, etc.) Bathroom well fitted, hairdryer included etc. The studio itself is rather small but boasts a quite large terrace that can be enjoyed in good weather. As the studio is high uphill, the views on Zermatt are magnificent. Luckily we didn’t need to climb up with the skis and baggage, as we could use the elevator of a hotel next to the house. This was much appreciated. The owner explained the directions and the check-in very well on WhatsApp and she was very responsive in our communication. Overall, much recommended for two persons.

    Hosts are excellent. They provided all the information by email. The location is great, near Randa train station, 20 minutes by train to Zermatt. The kitchen is old (vintage looking), well-equipped with everything that is needed for cooking. Super quiet. Beautiful view. I think this place is great value for money for people who like to stay away from busier Zermatt.

    The apartment was super nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated also the host, who was very nice.The view to the village and the valley is also wonderful, especially in winter. The apartment is in a quiet location, but also close to train station, just a few minutes walk.
