This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had hit the jackpot. The house is brand new, super clean, and way more spacious than we expected. Everything feels fresh, cozy, and just nice. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail—high-quality appliances, extra blankets, and even a well-stocked kitchen with things like olive oil, coffee, and tea. The location is perfect—really close to the ski slopes and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. And let me just say—skiing in the Czech Republic is seriously underrated! Great slopes, no crazy crowds, and super affordable compared to other places in Europe. But what really makes this place stand out is something you can’t see in the photos: the vibe. It just feels so welcoming and warm, like a place where you instantly feel at home. Whether you're curled up on the couch with a cup of tea, playing games at the big dining table, or just unwinding after a day in the mountains, there's this amazing, cozy atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. And if you’re coming with kids—this place is a dream! There are toys, building blocks, board games… even the little ones will never be bored. The best part? This place is available to rent all year round! Whether it’s a winter ski trip, a summer hiking adventure, or just a peaceful weekend escape, it’s the perfect spot. This is a lovely place, very clean, warm and cosy in an apartment building. Great equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, good location close to the ski slopes. An added bonus is that you can use the sauna and jacuzzi for a very reasonable extra charge. Large market and nice local restaurant nearby. Keys can be picked up at the gift shop next to Tesco (this was not clearly stated in the check-in information). We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve here :-)

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment with our entire family (3 young children). The photos on Booking.com don't lie – the apartment is furnished beautifully and practically. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's a capsule coffee maker, 2 large TVs, and 2 bathrooms. The kids loved spending time in the children's corner before bed – I've attached a few photos. The apartment has a spacious, private bicycle storage box right across from the entrance. Even though it's located practically in the center – right by the square – we weren't bothered by the noise. The view from the windows is of gardens and a grassy slope, and you can hide from the evening sun thanks to the external blinds. The location is great because there are shops and restaurants nearby. I had no problem charging my Tesla in the square. We will definitely be back and will also try the winter season – the ski bus stops almost in front of the entrance.

The flat is spacious, comfortable, super clean and the furniture is brand new. There's everything you need. It's in the centre of Rokytnice and there's a Tesco Express shop a few metres away. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, the big bathroom and the storage space. Although the flat is on the ground floor, it was pleasantly warm inside (there's central heating) and very quiet - when the windows are closed, you can't hear anything. We had a great stay and can recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Very comfortable room, so clen and bathroom was also.The kitchen has every appliance from toasters to coffe machines with coffee. Cups and plates. The host was super friendly. Very safe and secure place for snowboarding or skii. Really beautiful location and beautiful place to be.

    Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. The appartment is perfect for 6 people. The seventh person has got a little less privacy and comfort since the bed is in the hall of the top floor. However, with a group of friends or family it works quite well. Peaceful area (in the summer - I suppose in winter might be busier).

    Excellent location, great for a hiking vacation. The apartment is well equipped, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The check-in was easy: we received a code, which gave us access to the physical keys of the house and the apartment. We also liked the big garden, which includes a fireplace, an outdoor pool, and a playground.

    Superb accommodation, nice kitchen, great for short and also long stay. The owner let us in already before skiing which was great as there were no guests before us. The owner suggested great restaurant Kaminek about 20 minutes by romantic walk from the pension. Dinner or lunch there you should not miss and our suggestion is deer steak and beef ribs awesome! Parking for skiers free but need to use ski bus to get to Horni Domky skiing resort.
