I request refund of our payment since the behaviour of the owners was unpolite and unprofessional They didnt even know about the reservation thiug we paid, we were coming to the apartment and it looked like it in not ready 45 before arrival. The owner was highly unpleasant telling me there are more Apartments and more owners and maybe I booked another one (sic!) I didnt. This was the last one. I described it etc After the owner called me back and confirmed it was too. 1) i would not go for accommodation where people make a lot of money and obviously dont care 2) i had to find another shelter for my son and mě, right away, not drive to a place uncertain we have some vacancies Eva Kalousová

Especially the very warm welcome and the beautiful nature around. When we came inside, we were very surprised that it looks like a real house. We enjoyed it to make fire outside and inside in the really hot oven. And to have selfmade breakfast. It`s like camping, but much better, because we had a comfortable bed and a warm house. The weather was absolutely not important. The rain in the night even seem to be cozy. We have spend 6 nights in the treehouse and definitely we will come back, even in different seasons :-)

    The room was clean, fully equipped and I mean it, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The city centre was close as well as the nature. :) I really like the check-in system. You will get a code and do not need to wait for some person to arrive and let you in.

    Everything was brand new, spacious and well designed. Kitchen was fully equipped with some basic condiments available - oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. There was even an espresso machine for ground coffee (no capsules). We only needed a code to enter, so coming in late was not a problem. I really enjoyed the stay!
