The house was great and had everything we needed. We travelled as a large family with our 3 dogs and they also had a wonderful time. The location is also great to explore and balance mountain, beach and city experiences. And the host was extremely attentive and available for anything we could need. Would certainly repeat in the future.

The property is so central and very clean. The bed was large and super comfortable, while the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The staff at the front desk are very polite and helpful.

Wonderful, quite, extremely clean, very comfortable, well-equipped appartment, private parking in the garrage (very important in Bilbao!), self-serviced check-in and check-out, constant contact with the Owner, very good tram-, bike- and car communication with all the city attractions. This was our accommodation on the way to Porto, as we didn't enjoy much, just stayed overnight and moved on. The apartments were great, we entered the apartment when the landlady unlocked the door remotely.

We were looking for a place to sleep, and instead found a warm cosy welcoming home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, more comfortable bed, or a more charming host. Highly reccomend for anyone seeking a restorative stay.

Nice apartment close to San Ignazio it suited us perfectly, only 10 mins or so to old centre. Whilst we could not speak Spanish the lady who showed us the apartment communicated with us using google translate and sent useful info on the City and using the transport. She even gave us a multi-use barik metro card to use, we easily just topped it up at the station and off we went (also very cheap,compared to where I come from - Euro0.5 a journey). Top pick.
