Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable — it feels almost brand new! We spent a cosy night listening to the rain, and it was such a lovely experience. As a family of four with two teenagers, we found the space well thought out and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and available — she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Very nice garden, enough space for 4 kids and 3 couples, nicely decorated and clean apartment. The landlord even helped us out with fresh and delicious bread in the morning as it was difficult to find an open bakery due to Easter.

Spotlessly clean and superbly maintained. You can tell that lots of thought, care and attention has gone into the property. There are lots of nice touches. A lovely bottle of bubbles on arrival. We enjoyed it there. There is one restaurant in town. There are more options out of the town so be sure to bring what you need just incase the local shop is shut.

Our apartment was a really lovely space in a renovated barn (?), lots of good design details and a happy place to be if you like the French/Country feel. We do and had the top suite which felt very private. Chateaunef en Auxous is beautifully quiet with Beaune and surrounding area areas easily accessible if you have a car. It is a lovely spacious and warm house located in a quiet part of the village, very well equipped with a gorgeous kitchen and nice bedding. The beautiful fireplace is a gem. Bikes, logs of wood, wasmachine and dryer, the place has everything you could wish for enjoying a great holiday. Communication with the owners and caretaker were more then excellent. I really hope to return with my family in 2024. Recommend this place and have been in a lot of gites in the region. Thank you for sharing this special house ❤️
