Everything appeared to be brand new. Cédric, the friendly owner, gave us information on local activities and even provided a bottle of Champagne. The kitchen had all it needed and was well stocked. We loved the location in the center of Ay in the center of Champagne country with two bakeries and some eateries right there. There is a wonderful bakery around the corner and also a store down the street. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked, and they even have beer and champagne for sale at about the same cost as the store.
