Delightful welcome from Josiane who then gave us a lift down the hill to the little grocery shop in Chazelles. Everything we needed to wash & dry our cycle kit, which is always a plus! Beautiful setting in a lovely garden. Cold beers in the fridge, croissants & chocolatine delivered for breakfast. We bought a selection of local cheeses from Josiane. The garden would be fun for children.

Comfortable gite with all facilities needed.Nice and peaceful with lovely gardens.Nice boulangerie next door too.Jean-Pierre and Carol were the most wonderful hosts.They were so friendly and helpful.We were invited into their home,once to watch an English football match on the tv and again for an evening drink.Jp also helped us so much in looking for a property.

I loved my entire experience there, from the lovely reception by the owner and host up to the end when she allowed used some extra time to check out. We traveled with two large dogs and a 1.5 year old toddler, with the idea of stopping for the night at an affordable place, but we left with a strong desire to come back for a few days to relax at this lovely place and enjoy the amazing forest right next to it.

Very clean. It would help if the parking instruction stated explicitly that the space in front of the property was reserved for long stay clients. Off road parking on the opposite side of the road. However I noted broken car window glass on the pavement - so do not leave valuables visible. The laundry room was excellent. 2 very clean and large washing machines and a dryer - all free. You provide washing soap. There is a LIDL just around the corner - closed on Sunday, please note. Boulangerie across the roundabout, easy access to the Western bypass, fuel station opposite. Large park 1.5 km to the north. Dog friendly. City centre 2 km. lots of parking. 1 hour free. Owners readily available via messages through Booking.com
