We thought the property was amazing, had everything you would ever need and a view to go with it! The pool was big and warm so in it a lot! The downstairs was big plenty of seating areas unfortunately didn’t use it enough as was always outside. The beds were so comfy we had amazing sleeps. The host was very attentive showed us where everything was and was only a message away if needed, had a dog with him when arrived who was so lovely and wanted loads of fuss! The town of Quillan was also brilliant with some lovely restaurants and bars. Pretty lakes on site and near by too.

We loved this house. Marie Kristine is very hospitable and helpful. The house is secured by a remote controlled gate. Tyere is ample parking within the house's private road which leads to the house. The house is equipped with everything we needed and more. A table soccer and ping pong were an addition for the kids. The TV has Netflix (input your own account) and YouTube. The jacuzzi is a treat! The view and tranquility of the place made our stay perfect. We stayed for 2 nights in August, and the climate during the night is cool (we at last took a break from the AC). The house is 11 minutes from the famous Rennes le Chateau; you can actually see it from the open bbq area in front of the house. Montbel is also a beautiful place to go for nice swim. It is a large oasis about 45 minutes drive from the house. I recommend Charmante maison and we rate it 5 Stars.

    We loved the location of this property with views of the river and the mountains. To have a small kitchen space to prepare food was a bonus. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was generous in proportion. A really good place to stay in a nice little town.

    The room and house were very nice and clean. Séverine is a very polite and gentle professional. The breakfast was marvellous. The kitchen came as a nice extra to the room we rented. The games room was also a beautiful addition. Our son could practice his piano lessons and we could play some nice games. We could see the good taste in many details.

    Beautiful, typically French Town house overlooking the River Aude and Place de la Republic. It is in a great location. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of continental meats, cheese, yoghurts, bread, jam, eggs, and cereal. In fact, anything you can think of, and at a time we wanted. Séverine looked after us very well. The use of the kitchen and fridge is really helpful and to chill out in the living room. Guest rooms are big and very comfortable. Parking nearby, but you can unload the car outside. We would definitely stay again.

    The property was perfect! A little piece of paradise with views of the Pyrenees and a beautiful garden to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Great facilities, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, wifi and no TV, which was great! Brigette is an amazing host and made us feel very welcome in her home. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we would not hesitate to stay with her again. Thank you very much again Brigette à bientôt, Pauline & Ian
