We loved this cottage, it had all the necessary amenities and it was really well presented. The cottage was immaculate, it was in an optimal location that allowed us to explore the local town and the surrounding areas. The host was always available to answer any enquiries and questions. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway in the peak district.

The location was excellent in a quiet, charming village. The property is surrounded by lovely walks which you can do without having to drive anywhere. There is also a great range of walks within a 30 minute drive radius to see some of the tourist attractions of the peak area. The view from the garden deck is also really nice, perfect to enjoy in the morning or after a long walk. Kevin was a great host and very accommodating.

A very pristine pigsty indeed!! Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would ever need. The views from the property were breathtaking and it was a pleasure to meet Sue. We enjoyed some lovely walks and a cycling trip in the area plus some delicious meals in local restaurants.

    We stayed in callow cottage and it was so lovely, roomy but still cozy for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) The cottage came with a fully equipped kitchen which was great don’t have to pack all the extra bits for self-catering! lots of fresh towels for all 4 of us too! Beds where huge and comfortable! Loved the outdoor space included a children’s playground a big hit with my 5 & 3 year old and the fact there was a heated indoor pool was a bonus! The games room was also nice! Hope we can visit again soon!
