Nothing spared! Generous on every level; from kitchen/dining room and bathroom essentials to a big basket of wood and tinder for the fire. Every room felt like a home from home from sumptuous beds, throws and soft cushions to soft lighting - everything from morning, noon and night had been considered and catered for. Welcoming, cosy and perfectly placed to explore Framlingham and beyond. Just wish we could have moved in!

The property was well signposted and easy to find. Check in was straightforward and the accommodation was equipped with all amenities for a comfortable and very pleasant one night stay. Great location to visit the local area . Hosts were very helpful and were happy to share information on facilities and amenities in the surrounding area.

Location is excellent for exploring east Suffolk. The A12 is close by, yet it is very quiet. Apartment is very comfortable and airy, with lots of space to store things in bedroom. Good shower.

    Everything we needed was to hand. There was plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. Towels were thick, fluffy and like new. We liked the privacy of the outdoor seating area and the spacious layout of the apartment with a kitchen diner, huge lounge and a further dining room/sitting room with a tv in every room including the bedrooms.

    This is a well appointed bungalow in a secluded area yet within easy reach of the town centre. Very comfortable and good quality with everything needed for an enjoyable stay and self-catering at hand. The conservatory gave good additional space for meals.

    We were impressed with the property's appearance. It looked newly decorated. We were supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated that they gave us extras in the kitchen like tea, sugar, cooking oil, etc. There were written instructions regarding the wifi, heating and such. We felt very welcomed.

    The house is lovely, exceptionally clean and tidy. Comprising two good sized double bedrooms, a large lounge, large dining room, a good sized kitchen with washing everything you need to self cater and a shower room too. Theres ample parking for a few cars if needed and the house is a short walk into town. Really liked the place and had the weather been better would have spent some time relaxing in the garden.

    Second time staying at this lovely cottage. Thoughtful little touches by the host, spotless, very comfy, excellent location 5 minute walk from town..absolutely love this place. Bedrooms are light and airy, excellent bathroom and great kitchen. Will definitely stay again. Great communication with host.
