    Exceptional well equipped spacious property, very clean, full of natural light, and hosts John & Anne were exceptional. We booked this property as a base for attending our daughter's wedding, and the large kitchen and lounge were great for family entertaining. Every day, there were birds, rabbits, and pheasants in the garden to look at. The surrounding garden provided a great backdrop for taking family photos. The property is in a peaceful area yet close to local amenities and attractions.

    Very quiet, great base to stay was very clean and had everything we needed for self catering holiday and Colin and Andrea are very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and facilities great for younger children (although we didn't have any as ours live locally to site) but were allowed to use facilities when they visited. Would most certainly go back to stay when visiting family again and recommend as very good value for money.

    Lovely location, right by the Tarka Trail you can even hire bikes at the end of the drive. We had a lovely time, lots of space, great kitchen and lovely outside court yard. The family were really friendly and helpful.

    Absolutely fabulous place. Spacious, underfloor heating throughout. Lovely big kitchen, wifi throughout, amazing views, great shower... there was absolutely nothing that we did not like. For cycle lovers, the Tarka trail is just next door and a cycle hire place.

    Beautiful setting. The kitchen was well equipped and the underfloor heating was lovely! The property was exceptionally clean and John and Anne were very friendly and welcoming.
