The welcome that makes all the difference Unlike other hotels where you’re just another guest, Kat and Theo turn the experience into a human connection. Hospitality is clearly not just business for them. Their availability and kindness create a rare family-like atmosphere where you feel instantly at ease. A breakfast that stands out, designed with a holistic health approach Included in the stay, it was the pleasant surprise of our trip, made with local products. Savory side: a freshly prepared salad with raw vegetables, hard-boiled, fried, or omelet eggs depending on the day, and delicious local olives (a treat for the taste buds). Sweet side: fruit salad, watermelon, and blue spirulina Greek yogurt (!) to top with various toppings. Simple, healthy, and just enough. As a bonus, Theo shares his passion for coffee with custom drinks. Tea lovers aren’t left out either. A preserved setting and constant attention The pool area offers enough shade throughout the day, and there are plenty of sunbeds so everyone can enjoy sunbathing or napping in the shade. You’ll have a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea from the bar stools. No risk of dehydration: the team checks in regularly and offers refreshments. The rooms are tended to daily, tidied up, and towels changed as needed (without excess), adding to the sense of well-being. An ideal location Perched in the heights, the resort gives access to essentials within 5-10 minutes on foot: Head down to the many seaside restaurants, all with stunning views of the shore. Easy access to the beach. Or climb the hill to the hilltop restaurant, which likely offers the best view in the area—overlooking Agios Stefanos and Arillas.

The location was clean and super close to the beach. The hosts were very nice and friendly, and gave us good recommendations on things to do, where to eat etc.. It was wonderful to spend time at Bardis Studios. The family that hosts you runs this place with so much love, and you can feel it in the communication, the food, and the way they maintain the entire space. You’ll have everything you need – and even more! The location is exceptional, just a few steps from a beautiful beach. And if you’re too tired for the beach, there’s always a lovely pool where you can have a drink, try some amazing local specialties, or just relax with a good book. There was no noise from the street, and all the guests were nice, kind, and respectful of the house rules. It’s truly a great choice for a calm and relaxing vacation. The street with restaurants, bars, and markets is just down by the beach, but if you want the best recommendations, just ask Bobby and George – they’ll give you amazing tips for restaurants and beaches, including when to go and how to get there. This family accommodation is truly a gem, and their slogan says it all: 'A home away from home.' We’re sending lots of love and hope to share a cup of the best Greek coffee with you again very soon!

Perfect place to stay! Very clean and comfortable! Clean bedding and towels, high-quality plumbing and shower, mosquito nets, modern equipped kitchen. Very kind and friendly owner. A variety of activities are proposed - from relaxing at the beach just near the hotel to hiking and kayaking. It's a place where I definitely want to come again!

    I had a pleasant stay at the apartment, which was conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach. Agios Stefanos is a great town with a huge beach so finding a space for yourself is a breeze. The mini kitchen with a stove, microwave, and utensils was quite useful, and the presence of a safe and two beds (one double and one single) made the space comfortable. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, and I appreciated the option to store luggage after check-out.

    Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Set off a quiet road. The apartment was fantastic, well equipped for self-catering. Large apartment. Spotlessly cleaned at all times. Comfortable beds. Good shower cubicle. George, the owner, was very friendly and ensured we had everything we could possibly need to have a lovely time. Would recommend staying here if you want a beautiful place on the edge of town, not on the main strip. The pool was good, too!

    The property was lovely ,very clean lots of space, very central in the middle of the village and only a few minutes away from the beach . Bars, restaurants and supermarket a minute away . 3 balconies so plenty of space to relax on your own or as a family. Very large kitchen so plenty of room if you are eating in .

    Very clean. Cleaned every day by the super nice and helpful Stella who couldn't do enough to help. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Typical greek room with beds and kitchen area in one, and called a one bedroom apartment.. which it is, essentially. Great base for walking and exploring the north of the island. Lots of restaurants and bars and the supermarket delivers for free up the hill.
